Recently I have been using a system for automatically mixing the epoxy as it is applied. These epoxy syringes come with mixing tubes that attach and automatically mix the epoxy as it is applied. This is extremely convenient for the barrel endcap joint where the clearance is tight making pouring the epoxy in a bit tricky. A 14ml dual syringe of epoxy is the right amount for the barrel to elbow joint.
For the other joints it is easier to use the 30 minute epoxy (such as Devcon 2-Ton) with a longer working time. So the epoxy kit includes a 25ml dual syringe of the slower epoxy for those joints.
See the Online Order Page to add this to your launcher kit (the epoxy kit is included in the Super kits).
Use the regular 30 minute (2-Ton) epoxy on the remaining joints - the valve, trigger and pressure chamber endcap. Make small batches for the valve joints. Use about 2/3 of the syringes on the pressure chamber endcap joint (or a bit more, might as well use what's left).
